Apple Stole My Music. No, Seriously.

Remember when Apple being innovative and progressive meant coming up with technology and functions that benefitted the consumer?
I know I’ve repeatedly “lost” files on my iPhone, and I assumed it was just dumping off files to make space for new photos or updates.
But I never joined Apple Music… and I’m sure glad I didn’t.

  1. Did you try a live chat with one of their Techies? They were surprisingly helpful when I had a problem.

  2. I just noticed that an album I bought in January of 2015 has completely vanished. When I go to the iTunes store, it’s as is I never purchased it. Luckily I have the receipt email. It’s just frustrating – I’m asking them to deliver content that I purchased from them, not split the atom.
